Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations are required within 24 hours of your purchase. If you do not notify us within this time frame, we may be unable to provide a refund or make any changes to your order if it has already been processed or prepared for shipment.
Refunds & Guarantee Policy
In order to qualify for the 60-day guarantee, you must provide a written explanation detailing your experience using Aqua Drops, from the start of your use to the end.
We are pleased to offer a 60-day, 100% refund policy for customers who do not experience results after using our product for 60 days. Please note that we will refund up to $45 so that you can try up to 2 bottles of Aqua Drops risk-free.
If you would like to order more than 2 bottles in your first order, we recommend ordering fewer bottles first so you can try the product before purchasing more. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note, if you have placed multiple orders, you are only eligible for 1 refund under the 60-day guarantee. This is in place to avoid misuse of our terms.
Additionally, we do not issue refunds for shipping delays, as these are beyond our control.
To initiate a refund, please email us at info@tryaquadrops.com and provide your order number and reason for the refund.
All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollar (USD), the same as the original purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we prioritize safety and proper hygiene. Therefore, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns, and a $2 restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons.

Product Concerns
We take product safety seriously and encourage our customers to use Aqua Drops safely and responsibly. Please follow all usage instructions and safety precautions provided with your product and on our website.
Failure to follow proper usage instructions may result in damage, injury, or unwanted effects, for which we cannot be held responsible. Any resulting refunds or replacements will be handled at our discretion.
We will assist you with any concerns or questions you may have.
Order Issues: Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products to help prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or if the product itself is physically broken. Damaged packaging that occurred during shipping, such as dented boxes, with the product still in good condition, is not considered product damage.
We kindly ask that all customers inspect their orders upon delivery. If your order is missing items, contains incorrect products, or arrives damaged, please report the issue within 30 days of the delivery date.
To file a claim, email us at info@tryaquadrops.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos for damaged or incorrect items
Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate any issues reported beyond the 30-day window. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Shipping and Delivery
Aqua Drops currently ships only within the United States.
We offer free 3–5 day express US shipping.
While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including those caused by the courier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other issues that may occur during shipping.
If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraudulent activity, we verify billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information on file with the payment processor.
We also monitor transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information from the customer to verify the transaction.
If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.

Please note that we reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version of the Refund Policy before purchasing and using Aqua Drops products.
By purchasing and continuing to use Aqua Drops products, customers are indicating their acceptance of this Refund Policy.
